IF CLASS A, MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR TOTAL COMBINED OF TRACTOR TRAILER EXP WITH 6+ MONTHS OF YG EXPERIENCE. ALL VERIFIABLE IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
IF CLASS C, YOU MUST HAVE A FULL YEAR OF YARD GOAT DRIVING EXPERIENCE VERIFIABLE IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
City of Commerce yard is looking for Class A Yard Hostlers. It is a very busy yard, so one year of Yard Jockey experience will be required for this position. IF CLASS A YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS OF YARD HOSTLER EXPERIENCE AND 6+ MONTHS OF TRACTOR TRAILER DRIVING EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Schedules:
- 2pm start time; Days off are Thursday and Friday (CLASS A ONLY)
Pay:
- Class A: $27.00 per hour with overtime and double time paid if applicable.

Job Requirements
- One year of Class A, tractor trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
- 6 months of strictly Yard driving experience within the last 3 years.
- If class C, must have one full year of YG experience in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2.5 points on your license.
- No more than one accident at fault in the last 3 years.
